Achill Island Sea Salt Scoops a Great Taste

We were thrilled to have won a gold star for the second time for our pure Achill Island Sea Salt flakes at the Great Taste Awards 2017.

Here is what the judges had to say: 

'Beautiful, glistening crystals of sea salt. There is a marked salinity from a single crystal, but it delivers a broad spread of minerality, with a soft finish. A beautiful finishing salt.

'A very intense salt that has a strong mineral quality to it. Judges like the strength and feel a little would go a long way.'
