I love buying local products wherever I can. We don't need to buy himalayan sea salt, when we have an amazing one right here. I am very happy with my variety pack. I've kept the smoked and seaweed salts in their flaked form for cooking, but I used my coffe grinder to powder the original one, so I can add it to my water for all the minerals. The salted caramel fudge tastes amazing, it was very hard not to eat it all at once. It will be my first choice of salt from now on.
O love this salt, not bitter or sharp it has a great pleasant sweet taste and great sprinkled on my ribeye steak, hats off to Achill for this delicious salt
