Refund policy

Faulty or Incorrect Goods:

At Achill Island Sea Salt we want you to be pleased with you purchase of our products. However, if you are not happy with you purchase and wish to return the items, we will be happy to give you a full refund plus return delivery costs.

Please contact us in writing to let us know the reason for return within 28 days of receipt of your order.  We ask that you pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging and send it with the delivery note.

Returns or Cancellations:

If goods have already been delivered and you wish to exchange or return your order then goods should be returned to us at your own expense in original condition within 28 days of receipt of your order. Following receipt of goods we will accommodate exchanges where possible.

If you wish to return or cancel your order then you should notify us as soon as possible in writing of your intentions. Please contact us by either:
