Shipping:
We aim to dispatch orders placed Monday - Thursday within 48 hours. Orders placed Friday - Sunday will be shipped on the next working day. If we are unable to fulfil your order upon receipt, we will notify you of this and let you know when the order is due to be processed.
You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped along with a tracking number.
Please note that during busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, there may be delays with delivery services. This is due to high volume of parcels travelling through their networks.
Ireland
Parcels sent to addresses within the Republic of Ireland are sent via courier at a charge of €5.90.
Delivery time: 3-5 working days (please expect 5-7 days during busier periods)
United Kingdom
Parcels sent to addresses in the United Kingdom are sent via courier at a charge of €11.00 up to 20Kg in weight. Please note, orders over £135 will be charged custom duties.
Delivery time: 5-9 working days (please expect longer during busier periods)
Europe:
Deliveries to countries within the European Union are sent via Courier and cost is dependent on weight. Carrier costs will be calculated at checkout.
Worldwide
Worldwide deliveries are sent via courrier or the Irish postal service. Delviery charge is dependent on weight. Carrier costs will be calculated at checkout. Please allow for 8-14 working days for delivery.
Canada
Deliveries to Canada are sent via DPD. Delivery is up to 10kg and charge is dependentt on the weight of order. Carrier costs will be calculated at checkout. Please allow for 10-16 working days for delivery.
USA
We are currently experiencing issues shipping to the USA due to the introduction of new tariffs on goods over the value of €85. As such, we have paused deliveries to the USA until we resolve the issue with our shipping provider.
