I was so excited when I found out about Achill Island sea salt, because 18 years ago we stayed on the island on our honeymoon! The Salt Pig and Pinch Pot now stand proud in our kitchen, bringing back memories of those glorious beaches and coves, every time we season our food. Highly recommended!
