I stopped using table salt many years ago because of the bitter taste in the everyday manufactured products. The Achill sea salt is different, completely natural with a lovely deep and rounded flavour. A small sprinkling with the fingers brings dishes to life. Lovely people to deal with - Alan

I will be buying more. Very different from everyday salt. It is really lovely. the basic salt is amazing and I enjoyed the two others the smoked and seaweed ones. I would strongly recommend. I am really enjoying sprinkling on various dishes I am making. 10/10. Welldone to you all.
