Achill Island Seaweed Salt is a mix of our pure white natural sea salt flakes (75%) and Atlantic Wakame (Alaria esculenta) (25%) which is hand harvested by the Connemara Seaweed Company. This unique fusion of sea salt and seaweed will give an exceptional umami flavour to any dish. Great over eggs or served with baked fish. Who’d have thought? A salt that adds flavour but doesn’t make food salty! Really lovely product
I'm afraid these chocolates presented me with a major problem - that is, I wanted to eat them all at the same time rather than treating myself over a couple of days with my afternoon cuppa! I suppose the only solution would be to order them again..........oh, alright then!
