Cashew (29%), Honey(29%), sugar, glucose, egg white powder,  wafer paper (potato starch, coconut oil), Achill Island Sea Salt.

It took a while to get across the pond, but it was worth it!

We first encountered the Achill caramel fudge on a trip to Ireland about 4 months ago. Loved it. So for Christmas, I put together an order for my better half. When I got to the shipping page, I realized that shipping would cost more than the order! That just wouldn't do.

So rather than forget the whole thing, I went back and piled more onto the order to make it worth it ;). It took 2-1/2 weeks to get here to Massachusetts, but it arrived in fine shape and it is a fantastic hit. Good, good stuff! Thanks folks!
