Love it

No other salt comes into our house now. One crystal in a soft boiled egg or scattered over home made chips is just perfect. Love the refill sachets, great idea.

Chill island salt

I have being using Achill Island Salt for about 2 years now ,I love it.,I dry brine my steaks with it for 24 hours,even a bad steak tastes better with it.I use the plain salt and smoked salt on special occasions. I use the one with seaweed on fish.I only bought online because Garveys in Adare stopped stocking it.
