I was lucky enough to visit Ireland recently and purchased the Achill Island Smoked Salt in a market in Dublin. I loved it so much, I bought more online after I had returned home. The smoked salt is my favorite of the 3. To me, it is perfectly smoked and adds just the right amount of flavor to finish any dish. The sea salt has great taste and texture and the seaweed salt reminds me of being at the beach (and who doesn't love that?). If you enjoy sushi or a good seaweed salad, you will surely enjoy it as well. Don't hesitate to try it all. You will not go wrong with any of these products :-)
