I was in Dublin last year at the annual Garden Festival in Phoenix Park. I bought some Achill Island products from the food marquee. Found the sauce a bit gooey when first opened - so I put it in the fridge. This made a big difference.
Lovely with pancakes & vanilla ice cream. Going to try it as an indulgent filling to a Swiss roll…..!!

Bought the 75g jar in my local veg shop in Douglas Court SC, Cork. Great flavour and nice and crunchy. My favourite salt now. Am going to invest in the salt pig and pinch pot next. Great to support an Irish business too. Tá an salann sáile seo ar fheabhas. Maith sibh Clann Ó Máille.
