Dried, flaked seaweed. Ready to sprinkle on your food or use during cooking. Add a tablespoon or two when cooking soups and stews instead of a stock cube. Good with eggs or tomato-based dishes.

Winged Kelp is a fantastic natural source of protein, B12, Zinc and both Omega-3 and Omega-6.

Winged Kelp gives a distinctive umami taste whilst our Sugar Kelp has sweeter notes due to naturally occurring sugars (mannitol).
