Charred Padrón Peppers with Achill Island Sea Salt

We love to serve these when having people over. Always a great pre-dinner snack and so quick to make. 


  • Padrón peppers - as many as you like 
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil 
  • Achill Island Sea Salt 


  1. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over a high heat and fry the peppers, stirring frequently, for 5 mins until blistered and wilted. They should be soft and slightly charred.
  2. Transfer the peppers to a serving plate and season with a generous pinch of Achill Island Sea Salt.
