Iced Orange Espresso Tonic with Achill Island Sea Salt

This drink features on the menu of our outdoor coffee hut, The Salt Dock and is a surprisingly refreshing coffee drink! We add a nice pinch of Achill Island Sea Salt flakes to balance the bitterness of the coffee and tonic. 

Makes 1 

Ingredients

• 1 fresh double espresso
• 140ml of tonic water of choice
• Juice of a half an orange
• Ice
• Achill Island Sea Salt Flakes

Method:

Mix all the ingredients in your favourite tall glass and garnish with an orange slice and a pinch of Achill Island Sea Salt. Sit back and enjoy!
