What can i say! This is top quality salt. The smokiness is paradoxically subtle yet prominent. I've used it in a pasta sauce to add a depth of flavour but, the best was when cooking steak as a seasoning before cooking in olive oil and butter. The resulting jus, napped over the steak upon serving was divine. I cant recomend this smoked salt highly enough.
