I have being using Achill Island Salt for about 2 years now ,I love it.,I dry brine my steaks with it for 24 hours,even a bad steak tastes better with it.I use the plain salt and smoked salt on special occasions. I use the one with seaweed on fish.I only bought online because Garveys in Adare stopped stocking it.
